Did you make sure you set the Anonymous role  on the screen you want to print?

Adding to Daniel, you need to check chromium  is installed or not  the server or  or it got crashed as Ulitmate pdf is required chromium.

Arkyadeep, you don't need to set the screen to anonymous. You also do not need to check on chromium.

However, the information you've provided is not enough to understand what's going on. Check the Service Center error logs, to understand the cause of the error.
