Hi,

I create a workflow  by https://success.outsystems.com/Documentation/Case_Management/Create_a_case_management_app

However,I can't search my case by  Case_GetCase.

Solution

I find that the case must be assigned to group or user if want to be watched by Case_GetCase.

Hi Reasol,

To better understand your issue and help point you in the right direction, could you explain what you were trying to accomplish for your specific Use Case? From your screenshot, it seems like you were getting 7 results back when only sending the IsReturnAll parameter as true.

What cases were you expecting to be returned but actually weren't?

Hi Paulo,

thanks to your answer!

The 7 results are crated by OutTracker (Case Manage Framework Demo ), I want to find the result that crated by my application.

Now,I find that I can find it by Case_GetCase  If the case  assign to group or user.
