Hello, could someone tell me how long the screen log is registered in the service center? and if case expired, can i recover it somehow?

Hi Gustavo,

You can read about log tables and views in this documentation.

The default retention period of the logs is 9 weeks (for OutSystems Cloud), but Service Center only views two weeks of logs.

Hi Gustavo,

Yes you can. It is explained in the article I have linked in my first reply. 

The logs are rotated over a set of 10 tables oslog_<TYPE>_0 to oslog_<TYPE>_9.

It depends on how it was set up during the installation of the environment but the default is 2 Weeks worth of data only.
