Support Ticket in Waiting Approval

Hello All,

i have open a ticket for my personal environment and is waiting approval.

Note that the environment is personal and i am the administrator. Can someone help/support how to approve my ticket?

Unfortunately i dont see any approve button, as the owner/administrator of this environment.


I don't think you need to approve, You have the option to write a reply, so ask them with the request is now on hold because of a pending approval. Maybe you need to wait just a little, the last status update was 6 minutes ago shows your screenshot.

If the ticket is not approved, then will not assigned to support team.
there is no logic to need approval a ticket    from the administrator in which the same time the creator is the admin. I am referring only for personal environments.
