Update record in table after some time.

Hi All,

I'm trying to update a particular record that was created by a user after 10 mins (Which can also be from another table)  of its creation time as true. This process should run in the background without any manual update. I tried off the timer with its execution for every 5 mins. But it seems to be not a correct way of implementation. Please suggest any best way to match this requirement.

Hello Arun.

A Timer that processes batches and is constantly running, in some scenarios, may be a possibility.

If you mean one record once in a while, you can take a look on BPT. https://www.outsystems.com/training/courses/183/building-your-first-business-process/

Logic: You create a trigger on creation, make it sleep for 10 minutes and then update.

For bigger volumes, you can do Light BPT.
