Para fazer isso, você precisa ter um ambiente de desenvolvimento. Requer uma licença. Você não pode fazer isso com um ambiente pessoal (afaik).

Para que o cliente use o aplicativo, ele deve ter a plataforma OutSystems para executar o aplicativo. Portanto, desde que ele tenha uma licença de produção, ele pode usar o aplicativo que você desenvolveu.

Existe a opção de "Detach" do aplicativo do ambiente, e seria possível executá-lo sem a plataforma, mas então você precisará de um Ambiente de Produção para fazer isso. Não sei o estado desta feature, e penso que é preciso uma licença especial para isso.

O inconveniente é que já não consegues colcoar essa aplicação em OutSystems novamente. O desenvolvimento passa a ser "normal".

"Can I sell my application to be installed on the client's web host?"

To be able to do that, you need to have a Development environment. It requires a license. You can't do that with a Personal Environment (afaik).

For the client to use the application, it must have the OutSystems Platform to run the application. So, as long as he has a Production license, he can use the application you developed.

Otherwise, you can:

1) develop it for the client (like a freelancer).
2) remove IPP from your existing project and publish it in the client server
both ways, they now have access to your source and don't need you.
3) Sell it as a service (check same page, but as a MSP partner)
4) Have some "black box" on your side, that they consume but can't change or remove from the process. For that, you need a always-on server.
