OutSystems Exams | No confirmation appointment email after scheduling the exam

Hi everyone,

We hope you’re doing well.

Over the last couple of days, we have identified that some candidates with scheduled exam appointments may not be receiving the confirmation email with the details, after completing the exam schedule.

In case you face this situation, please be sure to check your SPAM folder, since it may be there. Yet in case you still can’t find it after 24 hours, please reach us at training@outsystems.com, requesting to resend the confirmation email, sharing your name, email, and the exam you registered for. 

We will be sure to share with you the details for you to proceed with taking the exam on the scheduled date and time.

Also, we are working on solving this problem, together with our exam provider, as soon as possible and will update this post when the matter is resolved.

This information could be fixed on the exam registration screen, so that the candidate is already aware that he will receive (or at least should receive) the e-mail. And be careful to get in touch if you don't receive it. Some email providers ban some emails without going to the spam box.
