When we have two rows, with at least one column with String data type, the column doesnt allow to be edited when it is focused through Tab keyboard control.

Steps to resproduce:

1. Just use DataGridSampleWeb, then click at the first row
2. Do tab until second row and do tab until column PartNo
3. Do editing by typing something, then it will not allow us to do that

But this will work ok when the tab is not clockwise, so when we do Shift + Tab the String column is able to be edited.

I have checked in the wijmo documentation, it seems the issue is not happening. Can we pull the WijmoInputJS into the most latest one from Grapecity?
