How to get current location or at least initially when the map loads how to make sure it shows some default location  in heremaps using "GetGeoLocation" in mobile appliaction?

Initially I was not aware for HereMap.  

check it's component and demo.  right now available at forge.

Please check Location Plugin

 and It's  Documentation.

You can get Latitude and Longitude by using Location Plugin and use these information to point out in map.

Does it work for here maps? Because  HereMaps has GetGeoLocation action too. So wanted to know how to use it to leverage the above mentioned functionalities to point out default or current location

I want specific reference for how to use getgeolocation action of here maps.
