[Case Management framework] Remove/update case comment

We're using the CaseServices_API to add activity comments by a user (Activity_AddComments) and the Case_GetHistory service action to fetch these comments. 

Because users make mistakes, we would like the ability to remove (or update) existing case comments. Unfortunately, these options are not offered by CaseServices_API.

We noticed there are a lot of entities related to each other concerning Case history/information, so it's not easy to figure out what needs to be (cascade) deleted. I'm sure Outsystems has a better overview of this.

So will these delete/update options be added in the future? If not, how should we realize this functionality?

Unfortunately, there are no APIs to remove or update comments in an Activity.

It is true that several records are created in different entities. Although those entities are public, they have the "Expose Read Only" property as True. And there are no Delete APIs for those entities. I'm afraid you will not be able to accomplish your cascade delete.
