How do I save my module/project as an OAP?
Service Studio Version
11.10.22 (Build 41777)

See title.

I tried following https://success.outsystems.com/Support/Forge_Components/Forge_FAQs/Sharing_a_Project but my IDE gives the following error:

Foreign Module Error

Your OutSystems subscription only allows uploading modules developed in your environment, or downloaded from the OutSystems Forge. To share this module with the community, upload it at http://www.outsystems.com/goto/forge.

Is it not possible to save my work an an OAP without a paid subscription?

Hi,

You can download your application (OAP file) in the Service Center of your environment.

Hi Dutchling,

Just in case the good answer of Nuno did not solve the issue:

Are you able to run your module/app correctly? It can be that your module is broken because of using a dependency that is not correct. At least that is what the error message is suggesting.

Normally you should be able to download your application right from Service Studio in the application screen

Hi Beginner, You can do that in two ways

  1. Service center -> Factory -> applications -> Target application.
  2. Service studio -> Target application -> Download

Both will download your application as an OAP file
