Adding users to existing tickets.

Is anyone else still experiencing the issue that if you add a user to an existing support ticket within your organisation, they can't see the ticket in their list of support tickets and if you share a link they can see the ticket but can't post against the ticket?  Feels like this bug has been outstanding for 15-16 months.



Yes, same thing also happened to me and my team. The person that added when the ticket already created, cannot view the ticket from supportportal, but can view the ticket from email (annoying, but this is the workaround that we used)
