How Mobile App auto upgrade latest changes
Application Type
Mobile
Service Studio Version
11.10.21 (Build 41765)
Platform Version
11.12.0 (Build 29969)

We are using mobile auto update feature for our android and ios application.

Our applications are configured  via  WAF layer  with DDos and some other security feature .

Sometime I seen bunch of request is triggered to the server while application is trying to auto upgrade the App. I just want to know what is the count of request (http) is triggered to server in this case .

This information is very critical to configure the rate limit at WAF layer in the case of  mobile auto upgrade ?

When I enable network inspection ,  I got only 2 request   /moduleservice/log  , /moduleservice/moduleinfo when the app tried to auto upgrade .

If there are screen changes and local storage changes will the App try to load all newly changed module in a separate http  request from the server ?

Is it related to total number of screens /module /Local storage changed  in the latest deployment?

From the above link it says ,

Seamless upgrade. After detecting that a new version is available, the app starts caching all the new resources in the background. Once the app caches the resources, the next navigation event triggers the update.

So here how the App receive the new resources from server ? is it getting from a single http request or  one request for each changed module ?
