My Appointment of Exam got cancelled

Good Day,


I had a problem regarding my exam for Associate Reactive Web, I didn't  received my email immediately for my exam confirmation immediately so I created a support ticket for this but I received it that day it just got delayed and I forgot to mark it as solved and the agent that assist me cancelled my Appointment Exam


I tried to do a schedule again but it's requiring me to do payment again please help me on this

If they can't solve it for you, contact OutSystems support.

Please do not worry. It happens but OutSystems will help you. 

Please send one email to training@outsystems.com  sharing your problem with the screenshot of confirmation email that you received late. 


They will look into this matter with Proctor and send an another link to you if this was because of any technical or 3rd party mistake. 


In this matter Proctor will not help you but OutSystems Training Department will respond for sure.
