Urgent Service Studio login issue


we have 2 development environments (OnPremise) with Platform Version 11.12.1 (Build 30548) both updated since last week.
Since then we are not able to login in ServiceStudio in one of them. Both environments are using the same Active Directory.
Now we see that the environment wiht this issue is using an encrypted/encoded password, instead of the real one.
That's why we cannot login.
But how can it be that 1 environment uses the correct password and 1 environment is using the encoded version??

Please advise, because we cannot work anymore since a few days.

It would be good if you can raise a critical support ticket. 


Already did that, but you never know if someone else had the same issue.....
