How to: Send additional information with OS case number in Service Studio

  

Hello,

Some users didn't know about this option so maybe other people also don't know it.

When you're submitting feedback in service studio you can write some text as addition information. If you want to send more information (like screenshots) regarding that feedback you can click the support@outsystem link that is shown in the confirm messagebox.This will create an e-mail with the case number in the subject. Now you can send the additional information.

Maybe it's an idea to change the title to : "Send addition information with OS case number after sending feedback in service studio" and set the post into the HOWTO area?

I think the most imortant thing is knowing the OS feedback case number.
