Screen request log without user info

Hi Guys,

We have multiple mobile application in our On Premise server. Notice that most of the Mobile app doesn't have any user info on Service Center screen request log. Is that anything we need to configure on the app level or service center to enable user info log?

Does the screen where the requests are being made require any roles, or is it anonymous? It seems like users that use the screen are not logged in, so you don't get a UserId from the user.

Thanks for pointing out my problem. Yes you are right, most of the screen was anonymous, let me set the roles propertly and try it out. Thanks
