Hi,

Anyone hitting the same error (Newtonsoft.Json) error in ArrangeData step after upgrade to v2.5.0?

This is working fine right before I upgraded to v2.5.0.

Solution

Hello all,

We seem to have found the problem and released a new DataGrid version. Could you please update your grid and see if it's working now?

Thank you,

Gabriel Lundgren

Hi Gabriel,

Yes, it is working now for me. Thanks!

Soon

Yes, we are seeing the same error after upgrading from 2.4.0 to 2.5.0.
For now, we are using the JSONSerialize node.
By the way, could you please change the title to ArrangeData.

Hello, @Alam and @Soon

Can you please open the DataGridDataConvert.xif in integration studio?

Are you able to see the Newtonsoft.Json.dll?

Yes, that is my workaround too for now.

Regards,
Soon

Hi Alan,

I can't find a way to change the title. Sorry a typo error earlier. Just found it out.

Regards,
Soon

Hi Bruno,

Can't find the Newtonsoft.json.dll.

Soon

Are you able to open the extension in Visual Studio?

After opening in VS, hidden files and folders should appear.

Thanks,

Hello to all.

We are looking at this issue, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Thanks for the feedback,

Bruno Martinho

Hi Bruno,

Thanks. I am not sure whether it is related to Platform version or not.
I did the same upgrade in personal environmemt (with latest platform version) and it is working fine.

The problem was found on my company's on-prem platform, which is still on 11.9. I am using same Service Studio version (11.12) to acccess both environments.

Soon
