Unable to wake up my Personal Environment

Hi Everyone,

It seems that I cannot wake up my environment, every time I click Personal Environment tab, I'm being redirected to this link https://www.outsystems.com/Portal/Trial_Portal, and it keep refreshing like it is in a loop.

Hope to fix this issue so that my personal environment will not be deleted.

contact OutSystems support, don't let many days pass otherwise you may lose your environment.

In addition to the above pointers, try clearing your browser cache as that did work for me the few times I got stuck in an endless loops on https://www.outsystems.com/Portal/Trial_Portal
