[IdP] Cannot delete config if IdP React is enabled

Question

Attempting to delete a Config in IdP fails due to a foreign key constraint on ReactToken.

I have fixed this by changing the ReactToken entity in IdP, attribute AppConfigId the Delete rule from "Protect" to "Delete".

Version 5.0.4 currently marked as Under Development should have this and a few other issues fixed.
