how I can track the issue from service center error logs

Hi Community,

I'm a newbie in Outsystems working on resolving service center error logs but I'm unable to track the error details in service studio and unable to find the source of the issue.

Can someone advise me like how can I track such kind of issues. Any help will be appreciable.

Hello Prince, 


That error is not directly related to the fact that all of screens have the registered role ticket or not.

Basically, it occurs when a user that is not logged in is trying to access to a screen marked as Registered. That's why it returns "Registered role required".

Make sure that your application is not redirecting to a Registered screen when the user isn't logged in.(if you login with register role and then check it will not give this kind of error )
