[Input Mask React] Adding 'allowMinus'

Hi Guys,

Could you add the 'allowMinus' option to the widget 'MaskNumber' of the component. I have added a version in which I added this option.

and also for 'MaskCurrency' widget, we also need the option for 'allowMinus' (optional, by default true) and 'max' (optional, by default null)
