EPA_Taskbox not Showing on a Upgraded 6.0 Version

  
Hello,

We Have a Prototype on Version 5.1 Outsystems of an application which uses BPT we upgraded to version 6.0 and by doing that we donwloaded the Enterprise Manager for Version 6.0 for compability reasons and to avoid the need to implement new code.

Since the new version of EPA_TaskBox is using by default the Users application no tasks appear on the Taskbox, and our User Provider eSpace and code use  Enterprise Manager, is there any way to revert to the previous behaviour of  EPA_TaskBox to use Enterprise Manager like it did on version 5.1 ?

Yes, just pick the old EPA_TaskBox from version 5.1 and publish it in 6.0.

Nevertheless, if you have the "Effective User Provider" in the Users espace set to EnterpriseManager, the new EPA_Taskbox should work fine.

Have you set the Effective User Provider?

Since the eSpace Users is an System eSpace and it can't be open, you need to go to Service Center on eSpace Users, Tab Single Sign-On and change from Self
to Effective User Provider afer that press the Change button

Feedback provided : All the eSpaces needs to be published to use the new effective user provider

Make sure that on EPA Administration ( e.g. : http://localhost/EPA_Taskbox/Administration.aspx )  the espace you want to have the EPA_Taskbox as the Is Active selected.
