Hi, After downloading the demo version of 4.0 and applying several changes to my app, the app runs but the updates of locations to my web app via the api seem very random.:

Sometimes I get two locations with the exact same timestamp. 

Time between two locations is all over the place: sometimes seconds sometimes minutes.

Locations themsselves seem not to adhere to the desired update schedule.

So, in other words the settings do not seem to have any impact on the functioning of the app.

DistanceFilter, LocationUpdateInterval, ActivitiesInterval, StationaryRadius all seem to do nothing.

I have set them to really high values: DistanceFilter: 200, LocUpdateInterval: 60000, ActivitiesInterval: 120000, DesiredAccuracy: 100
