you can modify the look of the pagination block and other UI blocks by opening a clone of the OutSystems UI module. You can copy the block to another block and modify it as you wish.

Unfortunately, this kind of customization is not currently available out of the box.
We will review this component from aX perspective during the current Quarter and we already collected this kind of feedback
If this is urgent you'll need to do what @José Gonçalves mentioned, more particularly, by changing the value of this variable (in the next version of this component you'll be able to customize this):
