Can't connect to my environment. I get either SecureChannelFailure or SendFailure.
Service Studio Version
11.14.8 (Build 58515)

I was plugging away at my training last week and previous weeks and now this week I'm not able to connect to my environment. I keep getting SecureChannelFailure or SendFailure.

I did get a hint when I tried to create a new profile. When I do that I get an error:

"Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."

The outsystems support were able to connect to my trial server no problem.

Has anyone encountered this before and if so, how did you fix it?

Hi Bob,

The error "Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel" usually indicates a misconfigured or invalid server certificate.

However you mention that OutSystems support was able to connect without an error. Have you tried connecting via a "regular" internet connection; i.e. without a VPN turned on?

Hi Bod,

In the last improvements of outsystems, they reduced the time from a month to 10 days.
This is the configuration file.

"In the newly published page on What's an OutSystems personal environment  the following is written:Yes, completely free.Your Personal Environment will be available:As long as you continue developing your apps.Your apps are consistently accessed by end-users.If you stop developing in your Personal Environment for an extended period of time, your Personal Environment will be recycled. This allows saving resources for other developers. But don't worry! Long before that happens, we'll let you know. We'll send you emails remembering to continue developing in your Personal Environment. If your environment ends up being recycled, we'll create a snapshot of the applications you had. We'll send you an email with instructions on how you can restore your apps in a new environment. Keep in mind that we only take a snapshot of the applications, not the data, and also, the snapshot will be available for the next 6 months."

You can read it here.
