trying to derive a learning path for back end developers role through Outsystems

Hi Everyone,
Working on creating a learning path(Knowledge Transfer(KT) for a new joinee in position of back end Development.
In Simple terms, how should a back end developer approach their learning in Outsystems  to be a well equipped 'Back end outsystems developer'

One solution can be searching the available Courses or Guided Paths that OutSystems offers and trying to come up with what you think would help him the best.

Personally, I would recommend at least becoming a Reactive / Traditional Web developer which touches on the basics of the platform either for Reactive or Traditional Web apps.

guided paths have an extensive overview of OutSystems in many aspects of the platform. The user can skip the frontend parts, however I think it would be helpful for him to go through it as well.

Adding to it, he can watch some Tech Talks as well to consolidate and catch more details:
