In Reactive Web application the List Widget Swipe Left and Swipe Right functionality is not working ? Please Clarify.

What do you mean by not working ? Are you able to add them or after adding its not showing in application ?

To Add List - Swipe Left / Right, you need to right click and add the actions accordingly.
Check the below image. Is this what you are looking for ?

Can you please elaborate where exactly you faced this issue, by placing some screenshots or sharing OML.

Before that please try with carrousel widget which is present in Traditional, Reactive & Mobile applications.
