Uploading pdf from system src & Correcting CSS for the page

Question

I need help on how to upload a pdf in column 1 , the pdf is in my system - (i used pdfjs forge app to get the layout)

and make changes to the layout of the table container outline such that the container and the table size are according to the screen

I also need help to move the button on top right. Could anyone help me out with the changes
