Good day, I have a weird scenario here.  The button send pricing request is not responsive when I click on it. Nothing happens at all for that Instruction number AID1801230A, What's weird is that for any other instruction number it works. There are no conditions for this particular instruction and no weird properties set. Anyone who has had this scenario before pls assist. Just this particular instruction in prod.

can you check Service Center logs and debug to see where the flow stops?

I can't even debug. The button is not executing the action so I can't even debug and nothing is in service centre. It's like there is nothing done since the button is not responsive
