Exposed REST API is not listing in the Service Center

Question

Hello All,

I have exposed a REST API. When I tried to consume from another application, it gives me 404 - Not found error.

Upon checking service center, I found that the Exposed REST API is not listed in the Service Center. Can anyone explain why and how to resolve?
