Outsystems Service Studio 11 - Build a new application

I have recently connected to Outsystems and downloaded the Outsystems Service Studio 11. I am able to connect to the service studio however I am not able to connect to the Application interface I receive an error. I select
New Application -> from scratch -> next and receive an authorization error when trying to continue

Please assist

Is this On Premises environment or OutSystems cloud free environment ?

Are you able to connect the environment by browser using your credentials ?
like https://yourenvironment.outsystemscloud.com/servicecenter
