401 Unauthorized error when i send OTP for validation

I use forge component (Reactive multifactor authentication ).

But when i send OTP i got this type error..

401 Unauthorized error when i send OTP for validation

401 unauthorized error itself indicates that you are missing to pass some token or key in the request or Missed some Configuration at your end .

You can Consider Downloading the Demo module from forge and compare with your implementation to find out where and what you might be missing.
