I cannot access the service studio with my user.

This problem persists for a short time.

Has anyone had this happen before? What can I do to access and download the latest oml of the project?

I faced this issue at initial stages.

Please try with changing the Internet or Wi-Fi connection & Before this restart your PC.

Please check the Environment status from life time. it should be healthy.

I  tried this it helped me to resolve the issue.

please check your internet speed and connection, try to forget connection restart it and connect it again
