This problem persists for a short time.

Has anyone had this happen before? What can I do to access and download the latest oml of the project?

As the error message suggest, you could try to increase the timeout of Short operations from the Preferences menu under Edit

I tried as it indicates and I still can't access it, I also wanted to access the LifeTimeSDK but I can't either.

Hi @Cristian Angel Puma Villalva 

Check the Domain URL, Username, and Password which your using to connect to the required environment is Valid. Also, verify the server where the application resides is Up and Running Correctly. To validate this try logging into the Service Center of the required domain. If all these factors are correct, You should be able to connect definitely.
