We wanted to display File Name with Page Number which is uploaded on the every page of PDF Header (Ex: Pdf File with 10 pages uploaded. Pdf File Name is 'Sample.pdf'. This Sample.pdf should be displayed in the pdf header for all 10 pages). Currently we have used x-axis and y-axis with some values but File name is not aligned at the Header and it is displayed at body of the Pdf though we have tried with multiple combinations of x-axis and y-axis values.

Please can you help me with solution to display PDF file name and Page Number at the Header.
