deployment application "Reactive Multiple File Upload" results in an error

I want to deploy the component "Reactive Multiple File Upload" from development to test. I then get an error (See attachment).

When I use service studio to publish the application to the test environment, it works. But even after that I can't deploy the application with LifeTime from dev to tst. I got the same error.

Does anyone have an idea?

When I tried with the provided Forge Component Documentation I achieved the Solution.

Please check the Attached OML and Demo Link.

DEMO Link

1. Make Sure the component is available in your application 

2. Use the Multiple File Upload available web block

3. Define actions for handling the web block triggers.
