I am not getting how to write regex_Replace in server action using character mapper.

Ex. var characterMap = {"À": "A","Á": "A","Â": "A","Ã": "A"}

Nice share, some comments though; this solution is a mobile module. Furthermore, it just does what I already suggested using Regex. My advice would be to copy/paste the Javascript to a Js widget  in your application, or if needed create a server action version of this, if the processing needs to be done server side rather than client side.
