[OutSystems Data Grid Web] Export to Excel With Link Columns - Clicking on Link in the File Doesn't Work

When using the Export to Excel functionality for the OutSystems Data Grid Web with a Link column it exports the Link column with an actual link to click on in the file. The link however points to somewhere on the C: drive instead of a hyperlink to the URL inside of the application.

Is this how it is supposed to work, or is this a bug?
