Did not receive my Outsystems certificate.

Hi,

I've successfully passed my certification in Mobile Developer Specialization O11 on 31st March 2022 but still did not get the certificate for it. I just got a electronic score card by Prometric. 

Can anyone suggest what should I do?

Did you check your profile page on OutSystems site. Is certificate reflecting there?

Hello Abhishek,

I am assuming that you have used the same email address during your exam registration as the one that's linked to your Outsystems account and second thing check if you received a congratulations email from OutSystems community.


  If both the scenarios are applied then open a support case with Outsystems.


There is no certificate in your profile :

As suggested you should check email address, email address used for exam and email address for which profile checking must be same. Otherwise you need to transfer certificate. 

If email address is find, please open a support case.
