Unable to access environment via service studio

Hi everyone,
unable to access service studi, tried resetting the password due to this error , yet it is not working.

used Lifetime>user management>users>edit settings

to change the password of the service studio access

You're probably blocked in a timeout for too many attempts? 

I would contact support if this doesn't go away after an hour or so.


Then a different feedback message would have been displayed. The message is clear, the combination of username and password is not correct.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for swift reply. I created a support case was able to access with the same password.
