How to trigger server action when date is reached

Hello,

I want to notify accounts when an the date of an event is near. So when the current date time = event.date, it should trigger the server action to send an email. The email serveraction is done, but i dont know how to keep the app checking if any datetimes are nearby.

You can create a timer for this and set schedule time for run .
In this timer you can create your logic and send email accordingly.
