when I click on the install its loads for few minutes and then directly brings me to the outsystems website

Hi Sudarshan, 

Can it be that parts of your computer are managed by your company, and that you are not allowed to install software yourself?

I think you do not have sufficient privileges(Like admin right) to install out system in your machine. Please contact to your Infrastructure Team.
