Is there any way to export all site properties of module along with their values?

Service Center

I want to store site properties & its corresponding value for all environments in shared storage so that one can refer to them after environment refresh/ cutover activities. So I want to check if we can export all site properties of module along with their values like we can export monitoring logs from service center.

I don't think there's already a tool on the forge capable of doing all that you referred. 

However, you can have a look at the following entities from the System and develop some actions on top of these just to check the data you want:
