How to limit the count of Reactive Table records widgets

I have fetched list of data using Api and displaying on Table record Widget and i used pagination also,

but list not get minimize ,


I need yours help on Minimize records and pagination get work properly, Thanks in Advance

Solution

From what I can see everything is ok.

But don't forget, if you filter the records you will see the need to give the total count of records from the filtered records.


I also saw in that article, that Kilian also created a forge asset to explain practically how to do pagination, sort, and filtering from data actions.

Hello Vel,

We can minimize the data limit with Max records property to display the data.

If possible could you share your oml for reference.

Hi Vel Raja Balasubramanian,

In order to minimize records you have to be able to manipulate the "Max Records" Property that can be found on the navigation/pagination widget that is connected with your table:

Max Records = Number of records per page

Total Count = Total records of the list


Also the aggregate itself has the "MaxRecords" property.

How we can connect with table , there is no option to give Table Id on Pagination widget.
