Export button is working in dev, test and pre-prod environment but not working in prod environment, Can anyone please  suggest on this?

Hi Bhagyashri,

You don't know actual problem because you are not getting any error in service center, In this case you can use below some debugging techniques-

1. You can use LogMessage action to apply some custom logging and check in which points its not working.

2. As same code is working in other environments so It might be issue with prod server or prod data.

3. If OutSystems Hosted on your servers then you can check server event log for any error.

4. You can create a sample page with sample data and check export is working on that or not.
