I recommend you to try the following:
have you tried to increase the 'Short operations timeout' value in Preferences as suggested by the error message? If not, kindly do the following;
--> Service Studio > Edit > Preferences
--> Change the 'Short operation timeout' value (for example 120 seconds) and click Apply.
try to access Service Studio on a different machine and different networks.
disabling the firewall, then try to access Service Studio. If this does not work repeat with the antivirus disabled.
delete all folders in your %localappdata%\OutSystems folder that starts with "ServiceStudio" and restart Service Studio again.
try to uninstall and reinstall the Service Studio and try to access/open a module.
