BPT Activities, permissions and functional groups issue

BPT Activities, permissions and functional groups issue

Hello everyone,

Scenario:
We have assigned an activity to a functional Group.
On the association of functional group/user we didn't choose a Role (Entity User_Master_Role).
Human activity's permission is assigned to the user.

Result:
The user don't see the activity in the TaskBox since no role is defined.

We see that it works when a role is defined and associated with the human activity's permission.

The desirable scenario is:
User is in a functional group. No role defined.
User has the human activity's permission.
The activity is assigned to the functional group.
User see the activity in the TaskBox.

Can it be done some way using the built in features of BPT ?

Thank you

Hi Tiago,

Sorry for the late reply, I guess this is a very old post. Have you found your way through the BPT built in features to fix this matter?

Just for the record, I believe what you're looking for is the (System action) ActivitySetGroup
It is generally used in the Process/Activity On Ready callbacks to set up an Activity's group.

Let me know if that worked for you,
