Hi all,

when  I generate the pdf (using ultimate pdf forge component ) than i face a problem( A error occurred while generating the pdf)

hello Mansur, 

At the first stage its looking legal path issue but you can try both 

this scenario never happened with me so I am not much sure but in that post I checked its satisfied and solved the problem so I try to help you with that solution.

you can check both this will definitely solved your problem. One more thing want to mention here in such cases of forge component you can add the component in this post (at create time of question you can attached the forge component, application (reactive, web, mobile, etc. )) so that particular question direct reflect in there forge page
