If you are fetching user info web block inside side layout web block it wont display information, instead of this in menu web block if you use it will display.

Try this.

hey @Rohan Roy , You are using the side menu layout so that it is not possible to display the userinfo or login /logout block in upper right side of the browser. 

But you can drag and drop it to the screen upper right side. Hope this will help you regarding to your query. I am attach a screen short for your reference.
